Getting started is easy

  1. Call us or ask at your next visit. We’ll activate your portal account. It takes less than a minute.
  2. Check your email. You’ll get an email from account@modernizingmedicine.com with instructions to create your password. Pro tip: add this address to your safe senders list so it doesn’t end up in spam.
  3. Log in and explore. That’s it. Once you’re in, everything is waiting for you.

Good to know

  • The portal is for non-urgent communication only. If you have an urgent eye problem, call us directly at 425.831.2020. If it’s an emergency, call 911.
  • Password reset: Look for a reset password option once you’re logged in, or call us at 425.831.2020 and we’ll help.
  • Email notifications: Whenever there’s a new message waiting, you’ll get a notification at the email address we have on file.
